The Kirra Pty Ltd internet website is owned and operated by Kirra Pty Ltd. By completing the registration process and completing a transaction, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. Kirra Pty Ltd reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and any amendment will become effective immediately.
All orders of products and services are subject to our terms and conditions of sale as follows:
PAYMENT
Orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch of goods. Services are to be paid in full in advance after your written acceptance of a quote from Kirra Pty Ltd, or as otherwise agreed with Kirra Pty Ltd. Payment can be made in cash at our registered offices, by credit card (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Bankcard). Personal cheques are not accepted.
DELIVERY
Kirra ships within Australia your orders will be shipped with Australia Post or Sendle. No worldwide shipment is available at the moment, we are looking into offering this in the future.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/BACKORDERS
All our products are handcrafted in small batches, so there may be times where we run out of stock. We will do our best to restock as soon as possible. You can contact us to find out when it will be back in stock. At the moment we are not taking backorders.
DAMAGED GOODS/INCORRECT CHOICE & REFUND
Damaged Goods
Contact us as soon as possible with your order confirmation number as the subject line at info@kirra-aus.com.au. Report within 14 days of receiving damaged products. Please provide us with pictures of the damaged goods so we can organise replacements or refunds of the damaged product as per Australian Consumer Law.
Order Error
Contact us as soon as possible with your order confirmation number as the subject line at info@kirra-aus.com.au.
Wrong Address: If your parcel is not sent out yet, we may be able to change this for you.
Wrong Product: Unfortunately, after you confirm and pay your order, we cannot make changes to the products in your order. Please use our returns procedure to return products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Received Incorrect Item or Item Missing
Contact us as soon as possible with your order confirmation number as the subject line and include pictures of incorrect items at info@kirra-aus.com.au.
RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Kirra order from www.kirra-aus.com you can return any Kirra product within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns Procedure:
1. If you wish to return a Kirra Product/s, return needs to be made within 14 days from the day you received the product/s.
2. Send us an email to info@kirra-aus.com.au with your order confirmation number as the subject line within 14 days.
3. We may ask you to send pictures and return the product to our warehouse.
4. Returns Shipment:
a. Returns shipping costs, upon change of mind (undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging),
are payable by the customer.
b. Returns shipping costs, of damaged goods caused in shipment to the customer, are payable by
Kirra and need to be shipped to Kirra by the customer within 7 days of reporting damaged
goods.
c. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Make sure that your returns shipment is packed well to avoid the returned product from arriving damaged at our warehouse making the products ineligible for return.
What makes a product eligible for a return:
1. Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging the way you have received the product/s.
2. Your product/s have been damaged in transit to you. Please note, damage caused by dropping or misusing the product will make the product ineligible for return.
Return Rejected:
Kirra has the right to reject returns if the returned product/s do not meet the above criteria.
WEBSITE USAGE
Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those terms and conditions, as amended.
LEGAL AUTHORITY
The products and services offered for sale by Kirra Pty Ltd are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding legal contracts.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES/FRAUD
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Kirra Pty Ltd does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with a fraudulently obtained credit card. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.
GST
Many goods and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% if delivered in Australia. The GST-inclusive price that appears on the site is the price you pay.
